A game of badminton

The best way to sweat it out is to play badminton – nonstop for at least an hour.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA  OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAPapa is a good player. Playing with beginners like mummy, gugu, or myself is like asking a chef to wash vegetables (a waste of time and talent). So I always leave the last 30 minutes for him to play with hubby (my hub is one good player too). This way, no one gets neglected and everyone gets their fair share of FUN!
