A game of badminton
The best way to sweat it out is to play badminton – nonstop for at least an hour.
Papa is a good player. Playing with beginners like mummy, gugu, or myself is like asking a chef to wash vegetables (a waste of time and talent). So I always leave the last 30 minutes for him to play with hubby (my hub is one good player too). This way, no one gets neglected and everyone gets their fair share of FUN!
And to end this post, a very unglamorous picture of us after two hours of badminton game. I look tired? You bet. Sonia woke up four times last night crying for mummy. How to look refresh and radiant? I’m deprived of sleep. Arg…
