Morning exercise


It was nice catching up with Ed’s aunt. Because she will only be in Singapore over the weekends, she wanted to gobble up all local cuisines before she returns to Hong Kong. So we had six meals a day. Not only had she put on weight, all of us became rounder (I meant our belly).

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERATo ease our guilt, we went to Bedok Reservoir for brisk walking. I know, an hour of walking won’t be of much help but it’s better than not doing anything at all.

Aunt said she will lose five kilograms by the end of this year. We shall see.

I say, probably in 2024.
